PlateLog is built specifically for gym equipment: every machine comes with an interactive exploded diagram, so a tech finds the exact broken part and its real part number in seconds instead of digging through a service manual. Scheduling and ticketing are included, but the parts layer is what general-purpose CMMS tools don't have.

Do I need to manually enter all my machines?

No. PlateLog ships with a growing library of commercial gym machines. Add the ones in your facility to your inventory in a few clicks. If something's missing, request it and we'll add it (and upload your service manual so we can build the interactive diagrams for you).

PlateLog's library spans major commercial brands like Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Precor, Matrix, and Cybex, and it grows continuously. Diagrams are mapped machine by machine; if yours isn't ready yet, request it or upload its service manual and we build the interactive diagram for you.

Can multiple staff members use it?

Unlimited users. Technicians, staff, and managers each get role-based access. You control exactly who can see and do what.

Is my data secure?

PlateLog runs on Supabase with row-level security. Your gym's data is isolated from every other gym. All connections encrypted. We don't sell or share data.

Can I cancel anytime?

No contracts. Cancel from Billing whenever you want.
